Models have ranged from those in precious metals to those in acrylic and wood including an Old Kent Plough in Silver and rosewood a model of Ramsgate Lighthouse, a Silver replica of the Deperdussin 1910 Monoplane featured in "Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines" alongside various architectural models. More recently these have exploited the possibilities of Computer Aided Design and Rapid Prototyping, Laser Cutting and Lost Wax Casting.

Sunderland Empire Models

Four models of the flytower produced to facilitate evaluation of proposals for a sculptural and lighting commission offered by Sunderland City Council. Made MDF and Acrylic and exhibited in The Realms of the Empire Exhibition, Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art November 2007
